Refund Policy

Services

No refunds shall be given for the amount recharged in wallet or the services offered whether through astrologers or third-party service providers. However, in the event of any connectivity issue at the side of the astrologer while consultation and if the amount is deducted from your wallet, please raise a request for credit specifically pointing out connectivity issue and after verification of call records, the eligible amount shall be credited to your account.

 

Cancellation

Any order can be cancelled before the product is shipped. If payment is made the refund will be processed in next 7 days of confirmation of receipt of the amount from the payment portal.

 

Replacement

We only replace products that is/are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you need to replace for the same product please raise a request for the same within 7 days of receipt of the product, send us an email at [gautham33556@gmail.com] clearly pointing out the Order id and product to be replaced (if more than one product on the same Order id) along with proof of the product being defective or damaged. Upon confirmation post verification from our side, you will be required to ship your product back to us. Exchange with any other product is not permissible. In case only the package is damaged, and product is not affected, no request in this regard shall be entertained. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Exchanges and replacements will be delivered within 5-7 Days.

 

Returns

Due to nature of products, their purification process before dispatch and high shipping costs involved, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However, in case a wrong product has been sent or defective product is received and if replacement product / same product is not available, an option to exchange with any other product of similar or higher value shall be given. In case you do not want to exchange with any other product, you may raise a request for refund send us an email at [gautham33556@gmail.com] within 7 days of receipt of the product, clearly pointing out the Order id and product to be returned (if more than one product on the same Order id) issues and reasons for refund. Each request will be considered on it’s own merits and decision in this regard will be intimated within next 7 days. Making a request does not guarantee return.

 

Non-returnable products:

     Some remedy related products (specifically marked as non returnable)

     Damaged packaging

     Any product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

     Any product that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

 

If your return is approved, you will be required to ship it back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, approved refunds will be credited into original payment method within 7 days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card provider / bank again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and its more than 10 days from the date of intimation of approval of refund from our side, please contact us at [gautham33556@gmail.com].

 

Sale / Promotional products

Only regular priced products may be replaced, exchanged or refunded. Unfortunately, sale / promotional products cannot be replaced, exchanged or refunded.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2nd Floor, 207, New Adarsh (SRA) CHS Ltd, Pali Hill Road, Pali Bhavan, Bandra West, India. Please do not send your purchase back to any other address.

 

You will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. While shipping please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

 

Date of Delivery

The date mentioned by the shipping service at their website / proof of delivery shall be taken to be conclusive proof of delivery. The product will be delivered within 5-7 days.

 

Destruction / Disposal

In the event, keeping in view the condition of the product or shipping costs involved, you may be advised to destroy the product and send proof. In these cases, the destruction or disposal of the product shall be arranged by you at your own costs, without any liability to us.
