ASTROLOGER TERMS & CONDITIONS (T&C)

Welcome to adrustar — a platform operated by METASTRATEGIC MAHAKUNDALI LLP.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration, conduct, and use of the platform as an astrologer (“you” or “Astrologer”).

By registering and offering services through adrustar, you agree to these Terms.

1. Registration and Verification

  • Astrologers must be at least 18 years of age.

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable personal and professional details.

  • Submission of identification, certifications, and banking details is mandatory for onboarding and payments.

  • adrustar reserves the right to verify or reject applications at its discretion.

2. Service Guidelines

  • Astrologers must provide authentic, ethical, and professional astrology services.

  • You agree not to provide medical, legal, or financial advice beyond your scope.

  • You must maintain politeness, respect, and non-discriminatory communication during consultations.

  • False claims, manipulation, or misleading predictions are strictly prohibited.

3. Earnings and Payouts

  • Earnings are based on the consultation duration and rates agreed upon during onboarding.

  • Payouts are processed weekly/monthly (as defined in your contract) via verified bank accounts.

  • Any refund or user complaint adjustments will be reflected in the subsequent payout.

  • Applicable taxes and compliance deductions will be applied as per law.

4. Code of Conduct

Astrologers agree to:

  • Not share personal contact information outside the platform.

  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

  • Avoid solicitation or offline transactions with adrustar users.

  • Refrain from using abusive language, hate speech, or offensive behavior.
    Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or permanent account termination.

5. Content Ownership

  • All profiles, photos, bios, and content uploaded by astrologers remain their property but grant adrustar a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote the same on the Platform.

  • adrustar reserves the right to edit or remove any content violating its policies.

6. Platform Rights

  • adrustar may modify, suspend, or terminate astrologer access at any time for misconduct, policy violations, or inactivity.

  • The platform may update features, rates, or terms with reasonable notice.

  • Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

adrustar is not responsible for:

  • Personal losses due to user behavior or consultation outcomes.

  • Technical issues beyond our control.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Astrologers agree to indemnify and hold adrustar harmless from any claims arising from their actions or statements.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Astrologers must comply with the Astrologer Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection laws.
Any misuse or disclosure of user data may result in legal action and account termination.

9. Termination

adrustar reserves the right to terminate an astrologer’s account without prior notice for:

  • Repeated user complaints or low performance.

  • Policy violations or fraudulent activity.

  • Misrepresentation of identity or qualifications.

Upon termination, pending earnings (if any) will be settled after verification.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian Law.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
