Astrologers Terms & Conditions – ADRUSTAR

These Astrologers Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ADRUSTAR, owned and operated by RATNALAYAM JEWELS PRIVATE LIMITED, and all astrologers registered on the ADRUSTAR platform.

By registering, accessing, or providing services through ADRUSTAR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. Astrologer Registration

To become an astrologer on ADRUSTAR, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal information.

  • Submit valid professional experience and expertise details.

  • Complete all required profile information.

  • Provide KYC and verification documents as requested.

  • Submit valid bank account or UPI details for payouts.

  • Agree to all ADRUSTAR policies, guidelines, and terms.

ADRUSTAR reserves the sole right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any astrologer application without providing a reason.

2. Astrologer Responsibilities

Astrologers agree to:

  • Provide genuine astrology consultations based on their expertise.

  • Maintain professionalism during all interactions.

  • Treat users with respect and courtesy.

  • Keep profile information accurate and updated.

  • Maintain availability according to published schedules.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.

Astrologers must not:

  • Use abusive, offensive, threatening, or inappropriate language.

  • Mislead, deceive, or make false claims to users.

  • Request or collect users' personal contact information.

  • Promote personal businesses or services outside ADRUSTAR.

  • Share personal payment information with users.

  • Guarantee outcomes, results, or life events.

  • Engage in discriminatory or unethical conduct.

Violation of these obligations may result in suspension, withholding of earnings, or permanent account termination.

3. Pricing & Commission

  • Astrologers may set consultation rates subject to platform guidelines.

  • ADRUSTAR shall charge a platform commission on consultations and services.

  • Commission percentages may vary based on business requirements.

  • Earnings payable to astrologers shall be calculated after deduction of applicable commissions, taxes, refunds, penalties, and adjustments.

  • ADRUSTAR reserves the right to modify pricing structures, commission percentages, and earning models at any time.

4. Payments & Payouts

  • Earnings are calculated based on successfully completed consultations.

  • Payouts will be processed according to the ADRUSTAR payout schedule.

  • Astrologers are responsible for providing accurate banking and UPI information.

  • ADRUSTAR shall not be liable for payment delays resulting from incorrect details submitted by astrologers.

  • Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

  • Applicable taxes, government deductions, and statutory obligations may be deducted before payout processing.

5. Availability & Performance Standards

Astrologers are expected to:

  • Maintain prompt response times.

  • Accept consultation requests in a timely manner.

  • Deliver quality consultations.

  • Maintain professional conduct and customer satisfaction.

Poor performance may result in:

  • Reduced profile visibility.

  • Lower ranking in search results.

  • Temporary account restrictions.

  • Suspension or termination of platform access.

ADRUSTAR reserves the right to establish and modify performance benchmarks.

6. Ratings & Reviews

Users may rate astrologers based on:

  • Consultation quality

  • Professional behavior

  • Accuracy and usefulness of guidance

  • Communication skills

  • Overall user experience

ADRUSTAR reserves the right to:

  • Display ratings and reviews publicly.

  • Moderate, edit, or remove fake, abusive, or misleading reviews.

  • Take action against astrologers with consistently poor performance ratings.

All ratings and review decisions shall remain at ADRUSTAR's discretion.

7. Offers, Discounts & Promotions

ADRUSTAR may offer:

  • Promotional discounts

  • Coupon campaigns

  • Referral rewards

  • Special consultation offers

  • Limited-time promotional pricing

Where discounts apply:

  • Earnings calculations shall be based on the actual amount paid by the user.

  • Commission calculations shall be based on the discounted transaction value.

ADRUSTAR reserves the right to create, modify, or discontinue promotional programs without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Activities

Astrologers shall not:

  • Share personal phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, or contact details.

  • Encourage users to make payments outside the ADRUSTAR platform.

  • Provide unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or unethical advice.

  • Operate multiple astrologer accounts without authorization.

  • Manipulate ratings, reviews, consultations, or platform systems.

  • Use automated tools, bots, or unauthorized software.

  • Engage in activities that harm ADRUSTAR's reputation or users.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Astrologers must:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding user information.

  • Use user information solely for consultation purposes.

  • Refrain from recording calls, chats, or sessions without proper authorization.

  • Avoid sharing, storing, or distributing customer information.

Any breach of confidentiality may result in legal action, compensation claims, account termination, and reporting to relevant authorities.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

ADRUSTAR may suspend or terminate an astrologer's account due to:

  • Violation of platform policies.

  • Fraudulent activities.

  • Repeated customer complaints.

  • Poor service quality.

  • Misrepresentation of qualifications or experience.

  • Illegal or unethical conduct.

Account termination may occur without prior notice where deemed necessary for platform security or legal compliance.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

By registering on ADRUSTAR:

  • Astrologers grant ADRUSTAR the right to use their profile information, images, content, and promotional material for marketing and operational purposes.

  • Platform software, designs, content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of ADRUSTAR and RATNALAYAM JEWELS PRIVATE LIMITED.

  • Astrologers shall not reproduce, distribute, or copy platform content without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

ADRUSTAR shall not be responsible for:

  • Loss of earnings or business opportunities.

  • User dissatisfaction with consultation outcomes.

  • Technical interruptions or downtime.

  • Internet or connectivity issues.

  • Payment gateway failures.

  • Third-party service disruptions.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

13. Indemnification

Astrologers agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADRUSTAR and RATNALAYAM JEWELS PRIVATE LIMITED from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Breach of applicable laws.

  • Misconduct during consultations.

  • Unauthorized use of platform resources.

14. Modifications to Terms

ADRUSTAR reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions shall become effective immediately upon publication on the platform unless otherwise stated.

Astrologers are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where RATNALAYAM JEWELS PRIVATE LIMITED maintains its registered office.
