Astrologers Refund Policy – ADRUSTAR

This Astrologers Refund Policy outlines how refunds, earning adjustments, deductions, and dispute handling are managed for astrologers registered on the ADRUSTAR platform, owned and operated by RATNALAYAM JEWELS PRIVATE LIMITED.

By registering as an astrologer on ADRUSTAR, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Refund Scenarios

Refunds to users may be initiated under the following circumstances:

Technical Issues

  • Call disconnected due to platform or server error.

  • Chat consultation failed to connect.

  • Video consultation interruption due to system malfunction.

  • Application crash during an active consultation.

  • Payment deducted but consultation not initiated.

Astrologer Unavailability

  • Astrologer fails to respond after accepting a consultation request.

  • Astrologer disconnects immediately after session commencement without valid reason.

  • Astrologer remains unavailable after user payment is successfully processed.

  • Repeated non-responsiveness affecting consultation quality.

In such situations, ADRUSTAR may provide a full or partial refund to the user based on the nature of the issue.

2. Astrologer Earnings Adjustment

Where a refund is issued to a user:

  • The corresponding consultation amount may be deducted from the astrologer's earnings.

  • Commission adjustments shall be applied proportionately.

  • Partial consultation refunds may result in partial earnings deductions.

  • Pending payouts may be adjusted against refund liabilities.

  • ADRUSTAR reserves the right to determine the final refund amount and corresponding earnings adjustment.

The company's decision regarding refund eligibility and deduction calculations shall be final and binding.

3. No Deduction Scenarios

No deduction shall be made from astrologer earnings in the following situations:

  • User voluntarily disconnects the consultation.

  • User experiences internet or network issues on their end.

  • User is dissatisfied with predictions or advice provided during the consultation.

  • User ends the consultation before completion.

  • Consultation services were successfully delivered by the astrologer.

In such cases, astrologers shall remain eligible to receive earnings for the completed consultation duration.

4. Dispute Resolution

If an astrologer disagrees with a refund decision or earning deduction:

Dispute Requirements

  • Disputes must be raised within 24 hours from the time of refund deduction.

  • ADRUSTAR may review consultation logs, call records, chat history, and technical reports before reaching a final decision.

5. Fraud Protection

ADRUSTAR continuously monitors:

  • Repeated refund requests from users.

  • Suspicious consultation activity.

  • Abnormal call or chat patterns.

  • Misuse of the consultation platform.

ADRUSTAR reserves the right to:

  • Block or suspend fraudulent user accounts.

  • Reverse unfair or fraudulent refund claims.

  • Protect legitimate astrologer earnings.

  • Conduct investigations into suspicious activity.

6. Offer & Discount Refunds

Where consultations are booked using:

  • Promotional offers

  • Coupons

  • Referral rewards

  • Discounts

  • Cashback benefits

Refund calculations shall be based on the actual amount paid by the user after discounts and adjustments.

Commission recalculations and earning adjustments will be made accordingly.

7. Minimum Consultation Duration

ADRUSTAR may prescribe minimum consultation duration requirements for:

  • Consultation validity

  • Earnings eligibility

  • Refund qualification

Consultations shorter than the prescribed minimum duration may be reviewed and may qualify for full or partial refunds depending on the circumstances.

8. Multiple Refund Requests

ADRUSTAR reserves the right to:

  • Investigate frequent refund claims involving specific astrologers or users.

  • Monitor consultation quality and performance metrics.

  • Review complaint patterns and service delivery standards.

  • Take corrective action in cases of repeated complaints or policy violations.

Actions may include warnings, account restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent termination.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

ADRUSTAR may issue refunds or make earning adjustments in exceptional situations including:

  • Platform-wide technical failures

  • Payment gateway errors

  • Regulatory requirements

  • Court orders or legal directives

  • Force majeure events affecting service delivery

Such cases shall be handled at the sole discretion of ADRUSTAR.

10. Policy Changes
