 ASTROLOGER REFUND POLICY

At Adrustar, we value transparency and fairness in all astrologer-related transactions. This Refund Policy outlines circumstances under which refunds or payment adjustments may occur for astrologers onboarded on the platform.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or deductions to astrologers may apply under the following conditions:

  • If a session or consultation was not conducted due to astrologer’s unavailability or cancellation without prior notice.

  • If a user raises a valid complaint regarding no response, call drop, or incomplete consultation verified by our support team.

  • If astrologer violates platform policies or fails to provide service as described in their profile.

  • In cases of technical issues (e.g., network failure, system error) where user payment was successful but service was not delivered.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Adrustar does not process refunds or adjustments in the following cases:

  • The consultation was completed successfully as per booking duration.

  • User dissatisfaction due to personal disagreement with predictions, opinions, or advice.

  • Minor delays or reschedules mutually agreed upon between astrologer and user.

  • Fraudulent claims or incomplete information submitted during a refund request.


3. Settlement and Adjustments

  • Refunds approved after review are deducted from the astrologer’s next payout cycle.

  • Adrustar's decision in such matters will be final and binding.

  • Payment reversals (if any) are processed via the same payment channel originally used.


4. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding payments or refunds will be resolved under Indian law, governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
