Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The proceedings shall be in English, conducted in Mumbai by a Sole Arbitrator (lawyer with 15+ years of experience).
